We later tested it for complete closure of the valve, etc., still deflated at the same place. We could not find a hole per se, so I suspect it's leaking at the seams. The worst part is, now I have to pay a pretty penny to ship it back for a refund, because that thing is heavy and I will probably spend great deal of time trying to pack it up for shipping. I did not sign up for all that trouble. If it worked it would have been good and useful, but it did not. PS.
